Discovery Call

We will get on a (free) 30-minute call to talk about your business needs. What do you actually want to buy, what do you need to be saving for, what are your business goals? We will talk about the support you need and see if working together is a good fit for both of us.

OnBoarding

Once we decide to work together, we will have an OnBoarding Call to get on the same page with your business goals and I’ll run a Business Financial Health Assessment. We’ll then establish concrete goals to work towards in your business and get everything setup.

Meetings + Check-Ins

We will meet every month to go over your business financial health and check in with your goals. I’ll guide you to make any adjustments and look at what is and isn’t working. If you’ve got questions between our monthly meetings, you’ll be able to check-in anytime.

Packages start at $2,000 per month and $4,500 per quarter

We will be sure that there is always a line of communication available so we are always on the same page.

FAQs

However, we know that there are great bookkeepers out there and you may have already built a relationship with them and we are happy to work with you and your current bookkeeper so we can provide the next level of services as your Fractional CFO.

Since CFO services are more about a strategic and financial planning, forward thinking, and working to align with your goals there won’t be overlap in what we provide and the bookkeeping services you already maintain. Since we normally include bookkeeping services, we would chat about clear responsibilities for your bookkeeper and Your CFO BFF. We would also negotiate a monthly retainer price for our Fractional CFO services.
